The first few years I went to her were great. She was very helpful and took good care of my hearing aids. However one time I went in and was charged $10 to have them cleaned. A couple of months ago, I went to her, and because I have Medicare insurance the service she provided was not what I expected. I would have to pay $100 extra to have my hearing aids adjusted on the computer so I could hear better. They would not honor UHC but yet they are in the network of my insurance. No service was provided to my hearing aids to meet my hearing needs. She told me I could receive further help at ISU but no phone number or other information was given to me. So this appointment was absolutely no benefit to me.

Makenzi went out of her way to help me with a broken hearing aid, even calling me from home on her day off. I appreciated that very much!
