If any person has concerns about patient care or safety they are encouraged to contact hospital management at (208) 239-1000 or our Quality Department at (208) 239-1117. If the concerns cannot be resolved by the hospital, the individual is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission directly through their website at www.jointcommission.org, or by calling 1-800-994-6610.
