It covers the foundations of acls and offers a systematic approach to use in every cardiopulmonary emergency, including cardiac arrest, arrhythmias that may lead to cardiac arrest, acute coronary syndromes and stroke. Besides covering advanced skills applicable in core cases, it also discusses the human dimensions of CPR and ACLS.

Who Should Attend:

The goal of ACLS training is to assist in the education of the health care professional whose job includes the management of the arrest or near-arrest patient.

Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS) for NPs, RNs, PAs

The FCCS Course is a standardized, two-day course providing critical care information to non-critical care specialists. The course consists of standardized lectures referenced to syllabus material, plus interactive skill stations.

Who Should Attend:

The FCCS course offers an approach to the initial management of the critically ill patient for providers not formally trained in critical care. Participants will learn useful information about the extended care of critically ill patients. Especially care related to mechanical ventilation, monitoring organ hypoperfusion and neurological support. Providers will receive guidance for acute problems encountered in the ICU and for sudden patient deterioration.

The one day Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Course is designed to train healthcare providers in the resuscitation of newborns. The course is a combination of self study, written, and practical evaluations.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

The Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) is a 16 hour course designed for Registered Nurses and will provide core-level trauma knowledge and psychomotor skills, associated with the delivery of professional nursing care to the trauma patient in the emergency setting. The participant is expected to study the tncc manual prior to attending the course and be prepared to participate in the teaching and testing stations.

The goal of TNCC training is to assist in the education of the healthcare professional whose job includes the delivery of professional nursing care to the trauma patient in the emergency setting.
