The Nurse Residency Program is an evidence-based platform designed to support novice Registered Nurses in their professional development. The program fosters a culture of continuous improvement to deliver world class care, every patient, every time.
The Nurse Residency Program offers:

- Support during the transition from student nurse to professional nurse
- Monthly seminars to facilitate professional development
